LA Revilla (DLSU) : Is he down with another illness again? I hope not. I hope he is just recovering from a grueling season last year and maybe resting for he is playing his last playing year in season 76. I hope to see him in the final lineup of the Green Archers in the UAAP. (Edited : He played against SBC - La Salle's last game in the tournament)
Jett Manuel (UP) : For me, Jett Manuel should be the most improved player last year if not for UP's bad record. He truly can score from any range and should be the Fighting Maroons' main scoring option this year. I heard that he will redshirt this year and will train with Ed Schilling, former Wright State University head coach and University of Memphis assistant coach (with John Calipari). Well goodluck Jett. Hope to see you on season 77.
Mark Tallo (DLSU) : I know some of us doesn't miss him especially with the DLSU's recruit of Kib Montalbo (Bacolod) and Robert Bolick (LSGH) but he is one of the players that have experience when it comes to crunch time. I think he can be La Salle's tall PG when up against Kiefer Ravena and Jeric Teng. I wonder what happened to him.
Kevin Racal (CSJL) : Kevin Racal will be the lone Kevin in the Knights campaign in NCAA Season 89 so maybe that's the reason why coach Caloy Garcia opted to rest him. I don't know if he have an injury or something. Nevertheless, I always see him behind the Letran bench each game.

MAPUA CARDINALS : Newly-appointed head coach Fortunato "Atoy" Co begged off of the Filoil Summer Tournament. He said that his Cardinals are still raw and doesn't have the players that can play competitively. But the Summer Tourney seems to be the breeding ground of your players for most of the teams, right? I wonder what the "Fortune Cookie" is thinking. May tinatago?
*Carlo Lastimosa (CSB), Joel Tolentino (CSB), Kevin Alas (CSJL), Junjun Alas (CSJL), Ian Sanggalang (SSC-R), Dexter Maiquez (SSC-R), Michael Miranda (SSC-R) and Arvie Bringas (FEU) should be in the list too but I found out that they decided to skip their final year due to personal reasons. JMP
